About the Author

Jenny Liu's journey into storytelling was sparked by her childhood love for painting and drawing. After years of teaching and nurturing young minds as a kindergarten teacher turned nanny, she was inspired to create her own children's books.

Her beloved dog, Mortimer, serves as a muse and often takes center stage in her heartwarming tales.

Using watercolor, gouache, acrylic paints, and ink, Jenny brings her stories to life with colorful illustrations that capture the magic of friendship and adventure. She resides in Los Angeles, California alongside her best friend, Mortimer.
